I am responsible for nahc.io's growth, ensuring my teammates have the resources they need to excel at their jobs. I pledged to maintain a strong and integral culture when we established the company. Whenever new elements are introduced to the team (i.e., teammates, tools, processes, policies, etc.), I lead the adoption process.

Externally, I work closely with our clients to understand their expansion plans and suggest the best approaches to hire the right talent for their teams. Often, my contacts seek advice on talent-related matters (like training, hiring, retention, and organizational structure), and I share my knowledge whenever it can be beneficial.

It might sound cliché, but helping people find a job they love, and assisting clients in hiring someone that fits well in the long term, is rewarding. For a recruiter, helping people change jobs is a day-to-day task. However, for the individual, it's a significant life decision. Guiding them, helping them understand their potential, and assisting them in achieving their goals is meaningful. This motivates me to build an organization focused on helping people land their dream job or build their dream team.

Before starting nahc.io, I worked in various companies where the employee-employer relationship was often transactional, leading to numerous issues. I witnessed this first-hand and also received insights from clients and candidates about what makes a company better. Thus, I founded nahc.io with the goal of building a long-lasting company and collaborating with outstanding people to make a significant impact.

What is the most fulfilling part of your job?

Meeting new people and learning new things is a part of the recruiting job that some find exhausting, but I find it enjoyable.
