As a Talent Advisor at nahc,io, my role is a 360 recruiter, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. I'm driven to provide my clients and candidates with the best recruitment service available in the market. I'm proud to be able to provide market intelligence and always stay updated on industry trends and so that I can provide the most reliable information to clients and candidates.
I am particularly grateful seeing the trust that our candidates and clients have in us. This feeling is reinforced seeing candidates turning into potential clients, and continue to partner with us.
The reason that I joined nahc.io is because I had a great impression when I was first introduced by a mutual friend to the co-founderrs in 2019. My impression of nahc.io is a team of professional recruiters. With my prior experience working in sizable corporates and founding my own company, together with the team's professionalism, I have no doubt that we're able to stay at the top of the field.
What are your values?
In my professional journey, one thing that I have come to deeply value is the power of relationships. This is particularly crucial in the business world where connections, collaborations, and networks can often spell the difference between success and failure. Upholding this value at all times, across all interactions, ensures that I am not only building strong professional networks but also fostering an environment of mutual respect and understanding.
What are your top hobbies & interests?
I am active in sports: HIIT, football, Muay Thai etc. It always keeps my mind refreshed after a workout. I also enjoy a drink or two, having wonderful conversations with new connections and my loved ones.
How would you describe your personality?
People often find me optimistic and easy-going. I can come off as being a bit loud sometimes, but usually that’s because I am passionate about life. Always up for new adventures and embrace new experiences.
What is the most fulfilling part of your job?
Seeing candidates embark a new career and clients value our contribution are the most enjoyable part of this role. Also, this job allows me to meet people across all walks of life. I am constantly inspired and enlightened, and am glad to have shaped new perspectives through these encounters.
Give us a "fun fact" about yourself.
My graduation trip was riding a bike from Fukuoka to Sapporo in Japan, which is a 2000km+ ride, yet I couldn’t steer a bike smoothly before this trip.
