Cicely Leung
Being one of the founding member of nahc.io, I have witnessed the company grow at a very rapid pace. I aim to support the company’s expansion beyond Hong Kong. As an ex-accountant and auditor, I had experienced first-hand what it feels like to be stuck in an unfitted role and recalls receiving guidance from a supportive recruiter. This light-bulb moment eventually inspired me to join the recruitment industry and starting my own business.
I decided to build nahc.io because of my strong belief of recruitment can be done in an unconventional way. We make reliable matches through maintaining long term connections with both candidates and clients. Internally, we also aim to create an autonomous & robust company environment that owned by people who contribute regularly. We uphold a democratic system which two-way communication is encouraged and we all work as a team to grow the business together.
I'm motivated by the satisfaction of successfully matching the right talent to the right job; helping both parties accelerates success and unlocks greater potential.

Wine Tasting & Travelling.

An intuitive listener and goes the extra mile to assist her clients in finding a sense of place. Persistent and resilient.
What is the most fulfilling part of your job?
I found myself consistently drawn to the human aspect of my job. I was particularly attracted to this recruitment world because the job is not only incredibly rewarding and exciting, but it also allows me to work with a diverse range of people which has broadened the horizons, making this career path more exciting and fulfilling.
Give us a "fun fact" about yourself.
At one point, I had 7 puppies in my home at the same time. Everyday, when I got home from work, they would all rush over to greet me with their tails wagging, craving for cuddles (and snacks)! It was a chaotic (and messy) experience and sometimes felt like I was living at a zoo. But the love and heartwarming snuggles were truly beyond words and it’s a special memory that I will cherish forever.
